Create training opportunities for young people in the community where the oil/gas fields located
• In collaboration with professional organizations, UEG provides professional technical training courses covering the topics of mechanical engineering, electronics and weaving skills to young people in the area of the oil fields. As a result, the employment rate has uplifted significantly.
Assist in the growth of local enterprises , promote the local economy and employment
Implemented a local contractor development program by giving preference to hire local labor contractors and in the meantime giving training on job skills and knowledge to local employers and the labor force.
