United Energy Group Hold 2022 Mid-term Review of Research Projects

From August 9 to 10, 2022, in order to further implement the Group's requirements of "strengthening technical research", the Beijing HQ organized the Mid-term Meeting for the review of self- research and cooperation projects in 2022 and conducted mid-year review on various exploration and development and engineering research projects specified in the annual plan. Members of the technical committee of the Group, all employees from TSC and relevant departments in Beijing HQ attended the meeting.

In 2022, the Group has launched a total of 12 self-research projects in exploration and development, 7 external cooperation projects in exploration and development and engineering technology and 15 sub-projects. The Beijing HQ consultant team evaluated and commented on the progress and medium-term results of the reported projects and controlled the quality of projects and gave guidance on the research content and expected results of the next step of each project. Judging from the mid-term review, the self-research and cooperation projects were steadily being advanced in accordance with the opinions confirmed at the opening meeting of the review in the first half of the year. After months of continuous optimization and improvement, all projects have been fully carried out around the work of increasing reserves and production. So, all projects now have their own characteristics with in-depth consideration and ideas.
The technical team will complete their respective research work in accordance with the set methods and directions in the following research work and based on real work, they will complete parts of projects by stages.
 The Group has always attached great importance to the research work. The all-round research and fruitful results of various projects can not only provide effective supports for the Group's management, but also reflect the Group's soft power, which is of great significance to the Group's sustainable development. The mid-term results of the self-research and cooperation projects in 2022 have continuously played a significant role in the operation, production and management of the Group in this and upcoming years. Based on the business needs, the technical team of the Group will continue to conduct in-depth research with new ideas and methods to provide solid and favorable supports for the Group's sustainable development and long-term strategic research, in the future.
