UEG Affirms Clean Energy Commitment in Bulgaria

Recently, the Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria and the Bulgarian “One Belt, One Road” Association hosted the “China Premium Products and Services Exhibition and Business Matchmaking” event to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of China-Bulgaria diplomatic relations. , The event took place at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and attracted over 300 attendees, including Bulgaria’s President Mr. Rumen Radev, Bulgarian ministerial leaders, representatives from the Chinese and Bulgarian business communities and individuals from all walks of life. The Bulgarian President recalled his visit to China in 2019, noting that the relationship between China and Bulgaria was upgraded to a strategic partnership at that time. He said China has significant influence in the world and expressed Bulgaria's admiration for China's economic, scientific, and technological achievements. He also emphasized Bulgaria's strong interest in expanding cooperation with China. The President presented on Bulgaria's investment environment and expressed hope that both sides would work together to deepen cooperation in economic trade, investment, finance, agriculture, connectivity, and other fields to create landmark cooperation projects.

The solar project in Bulgaria is a key component of UEG's clean energy strategy in the European market.
